Shahed joined Atwan Attorneys as an Associate in the commercial and corporate Department. She is involved in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions in addition to managing day-to-day corporate affairs of clients. Shahed began her legal career as a litigation lawyer, an experience that significantly shaped her approach to commercial matters. She later joined the commercial and corporate department, where she further developed her expertise in preparing, reviewing and advising on wide range of contracts, including employment, lease, distribution, licensing, and service agreements as well as other commercial transactions. 

In addition, Shahed is involved in due diligence assignments and provides legal consultancy across various areas, with a particular focus on employment and corporate matters. Her work includes advising on company formation, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property, including trademark registration.
